At my first visit, I was given a tour of the beautiful facility by the Spa Manager. She showed me the various rooms and explained what service they provided. We finished the tour in the room where the laser hair removal machine is. She left and Marta came in just a few moments later. Marta explained what was going to be done, and we then we began. I have to tell you that Marta was amazing. She took the time and care in treating my chin area making sure not to miss a spot. Well, I have had this service done before. Prior to now, my best results came from having it done my dermatologist office like 20 years ago. It lasted a long time, but with age, unfortunately new hair spots began to appear. In the last 5 years, I have gone to a few places to treat the new spots, and did not get the same great results as I did 20 years ago....that is until now! A few days after I left Evolution MedSpa, hairs fell out. I had about THREE weeks hair free until a few came in just in time for my next visit. I would say that only a third of them returned before the visit. Most of them were lighter and finer. What shocked me the most was that the coarse ones that used to become ingrown and gave me chin acne issues did not come back after just one visit. My second visit was this part Monday, 9/14/20. Again I had Marta and she gave me the same excellent thorough care that she gave me the first time I visited the spa. Today is 9/18/20 and the hairs that were there on Monday are now gone. I am hair free again! If you are looking to have laser hair removal treatment, please go to Evolution MedSpa. It will be money well spent. Their machines are of the highest quality and I have gotten amazing results. Their staff is kind, caring, and professional. They are a very clean and safe facility. Evolution MedSpa was the FIRST place that I had gone inside to since the pandemic began in March. You walk into the spa itself and it is clean and warm and welcoming. I was greeted with a glass of wine and super friendly staff. I went in for laser hair removal of the face which is something I was super embarrassed about but let me tell you, the second I walked in i felt at home. Between my wonderful guide Tiffany and my awesome aesthetician Yolanda along with the amazing Gina , I was assured and comforted that this is a common issue amongst woman and i had nothing to be ashamed of. I walked in and had a few quick papers to fill out and then it was my time to go back. Tiffany basically held my hand the entire time and gave me sips of wine between laser zaps. Yolanda was just as incredible. She softly spoke to me and guided me through every little zap and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. They both instructed me through my proper after care and were both warm and friendly. When i went to check out i also purchased a gift certificate for a holiday facial for my mother for Christmas. This salon is not only beautiful but they are extremely client-friendly. I met with Gina at the front desk and she was super personable and funny and down to earth. Everyone that works here is phenomenal and great at what they do. I felt at home from the moment I walked in. I have five more sessions before I am considered finished and they have excellent payment plans. I honestly cannot wait until my second session. Extremely satisfied with several services I have received here. To start, the place is absolutely beautiful. Brand new, clean and sanitary and the decor is super upscale and trendy. After I checked in the first time, I had the pleasure of meeting the delightful owner Anthony who came out to greet me and gave me a tour of the spa. We had a lovely convo and I found this to be super pleasant and authentic. As for the services, I first got a hydrafacial which was amazing. I have since had several more hydrafacials, IPL (intense pulse light therapy) with Marta and coolsculpting with Alyssa. All I can say is they were the most professional, knowledgeable and genuinely sweet girls. As nervous as I was for the IPL and coolsculpting, both girls were extremely thorough in explaining each procedures risks and benefits making me feel super comfortable and confidant about having them. I had an acne problem and Marta the manager recommended laser hair removal for the face which she claimed will target my acne, skin complexion as well as hair. But none of these three problems were fixed (skin had more acne, no complexion change and no hair was removed) and I paid $2600 for this. If anything, my hair was thinner before the procedure and now there are parts of my face (chin & jaw) where hair is thicker and now I am paying extra money to get rid of that in another salon where I can see more improvement. Such an utter waste of hard earned money and time with absolutely no positive change. Please avoid if possible. Marta should not forcefully recommend a treatment just for the sake of money when it provides no results. Should be ashamed to provide a treatment with so much money which did not treat ANY problem in the skin. read less
